Services and pricing

Two ways to work together.

An ongoing retainer if you want your whole marketing function led properly over time, or a single session if you want senior thinking on one specific problem. Prices are on this page so you do not have to ask for them.

  • A 45 minute check in each week

Growth

What we would work on

Deliverables depend entirely on where you are. Some of the things that come up most often:

  • Brand, positioning and messagingWorking out what you actually sell, to whom, and in words that sound like you rather than like everyone else in your category.
  • Choosing the right channelsWhich of email, social, search, paid, events, partnerships and PR are worth your budget, and just as importantly which are not.
  • Your website and your contentWhether the site does the job it needs to do, what should be on it, and a content plan somebody can realistically keep up with.
  • Campaigns, from idea to reportingPlanning them, briefing whoever makes them, running them, and being honest afterwards about what they brought back.
  • An honest audit of what you spendWhat each activity costs you and what it returns. Often the useful outcome is a list of things to stop doing.
  • Overseeing your team or your agenciesSenior judgement applied to the people already doing the work, so you are not the one checking whether it is any good.
  • Advice on hiringWhether you need a permanent marketer yet, what the role should be, and how to tell a good candidate from a confident one.

Not sure which one you need?

Most people are not. Half an hour on a call and I will tell you which of these fits, or that neither does and you should spend the money elsewhere.
